Apple coaster - 2D artwork (school project)

Mummy cut out some felt into those shapes for me. (Magic!)

So I glued them together

Yes Apple has seeds inside!!

Tada! My apple coaster for my tea time :)

This is my favorite tea I always have. 

Better than sugary drinks from vending machine!!

Now I have my own coaster for my drink. 

Mummy and I think this is so cute!

Ring toss game - 3D artwork (school project)

Box, kitchen paper roll, paper plate 

Make a hole in the box

Put paper roll into the hole 

Make a ring shape with the paper plate. 

I made a ring toss!!!

Not easy!!

I like my handmade toy!!!

Hedgehog game - 3D Artwork (school project)

I wrapped a stone with aluminum foil. 

Then wrapped it with newspaper then with some clay 

Made pointy nose and cut the chopsticks in half and sticked into the dough. 

Let it dry for 2 days. 

Meanwhile, I cooked soup for mummy with my sister too :) 

Yummy - healthy dinner is ready soon :)

Now back to my project. 

My favorite part - painting!

I spraypainted the sticks too

Let it dry for a while 

Placed the sticks back into my 'hedgehog' and I made a cute face for him :) 

We cut the felt into ear shape and put some glue on it 

And I glued on my hedgehog :)

I colored 2 sticks red and black 

This is a game! 

Whoever pick up the colored stick, that means you loose! 

I played with my mummy and she won, I lost :(

But I love my hedgehog game!!

A true holiday in Japan

I'm Went back to Japan again in March for 3 wks during kids school holiday. 

Without telling anyone except family. 

Off to the nice and warm spring cherry blossom Japan!!

It was cold :(

Was freezing cold still :( 

Lion king musical, mum reserved SS seats for us. 

Even for the kids, she bought $100 each seats. What does SS stand for? Super special?! Anyway it was close to the stage. It was great. Of course. Has to b great if it's worth $400!

Off to the hot springs using the bullet train which was Connors all time dream!

Connor thought bullet train goes as fast as space shuttle. He was pretty disappointed how slow the bullet train goes lol 

Hot spring gives u really nice skin

This was in the patio of our hotel room, hot spring was on 24/7! Tks nature. 

Just a decent vending machine at the train station, the selection is all I need. Love u Japan!

$50 Ise-Ebi. My lux fav food. 

Lunch. Why I feel everything is neat and tidy in Japan. Oh I live in the quiet different country now ;(

Kids enjoyed the hot springs and nice country sides nature.

Healthy snack project by Connor

First we need to prepare...

Some chocolate chips 

Pasta 

Peanut butter 

Celery 

Apple 

Let's start cooking pasta in oil to make it crunchy and delicious 

Oil is so hot and could be dangerous so I needed mummy's help for doing this 

Pasta is now nice and crunchy

Next, let's chop up an apple and celery. 

Chop chop 

Now we put some peanut butter into the zip lock bag and cut off the corner of the bag so I can squeeze the peanut butter nicely onto the apples and celery. 

I'm drawing some design on the apple now 

Cut off the corner again to make a bigger hole so I can now put more peanut butter  onto the celery. 

Break some fried pasta and I need those two same size little pasta. 

Now my fun part. Put them all together. 

Use 2 little chocolate chips too.

Ta-dah!

My apple and celery snails for my healthy snack today. 

I can't wait to taste them!!
